Evenflo Feeding wants to support you on your feeding journey, one ounce at a time! We appreciate your purchase of an Evenflo Feeding product and want to help if you are experiencing a product issue covered by our limited warranty.

What does the Evenflo Feeding warranty cover?

Evenflo Feeding provides a warranty to you as the original user of the product, against defects in design, material or workmanship. Evenflo Feeding’s sole obligation under this limited warranty shall be to replace any product or part that is determined, in our sole discretion, to be defective and determined to be covered by this warranty.

This means you cannot transfer the warranty to another user and that Evenflo Feeding will make things right if the manufacturing, materials or design of our products is not up to our standards for you. It also means that we will not provide any warranty coverage for problems you are experiencing with a non-defective product. So, the warranty will not cover things like accidents, misuse, normal wear and tear, failure to follow written instructions, unauthorized maintenance or repair, failure to clean or maintain the products, dislike of a product, general problems with pumping or low milk yield.

How do I ensure my product is covered by the Evenflo Feeding warranty?

It’s easy. Keep your proof of purchase, register your Evenflo® breast pump at www.registermypump.com and buy products only from an authorized seller.

From the original purchase date, all Evenflo Feeding products carry a 90-day warranty. If you purchased the Advanced Double Electric breast pump, however, this warranty can be extended to 3 years for motor problems by simply registering your product online at www.registermypump.com. Because Evenflo Feeding wants to ensure you receive a safe, high-quality product, we partner only with trusted sellers. So, our limited warranty applies only to products sold on www.evenflofeeding.com, through your insurance company, or from an authorized retailer, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

Your proof of purchase can be either a purchase receipt or a proof of delivery through insurance.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Please contact Evenflo Feeding’s Parent’s Ally Consumer Care Team via phone at (855) EFI-BABY (855-334-2229) or via email at www.evenflofeeding.com.

Once we receive your call or email, we will ask you some questions to determine if the product has a defect. If the product appears to have an issue, we will guide you through the next steps for receiving a replacement part or product. Please note that any replacement we provide will not renew or extend the duration of your original warranty.

What if a defect is not the problem?

If you contact us to make a warranty claim and Evenflo Feeding determines that there is no defect in your product, then we still have resources to help you. Our Parent’s Ally Consumer Care Team has trained representatives to answer many of your breastfeeding questions. We have a library of video resources online as well. In addition, Evenflo Feeding has an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant, who can consult with you and help you with your breast and bottle-feeding questions and concerns. We want you and your baby to be successful!

Evenflo Feeding, Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify this Limited Warranty at any time. It is your responsibility to check this Limited Warranty periodically for changes. Your continued use of the product following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.

EVENFLO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND FOR BREACH OF THE EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY, OR ANY WARRANTY IMPLIED BY OPERATION OF LAW. OTHER THAN THE EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE, THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES THAT ACCOMPANY OUR PRODUCTS, AND ANY ORAL, WRITTEN OR ANY OTHER EXPRESS REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND IS HEREBY DISCLAIMED.
